We work with a select number of early-staged technology startups that have validated their idea and vertical, and are capable of rapid growth but may not yet be considered growth-staged SaaS. Typically, this entails building out their first full, scale-ready product suite and intellectual property that will take them into their growth stage and reaching 7-figure annual recurring revenues. These engagements are usually custom software builds for API-driven web and/or mobile applications. Frequently the founder or early team are domain experts in their specific vertical but lack the ability to manage the technology solution in-house. In these instances, when we are building the product, Tech Foundry can function as a fractional CTO until such time when the startup grows and reaches the natural move to take all their technology development in-house.
We work with established businesses to build internal or external facing tools. This frequently involves integration work to connect and customize functionality of commercially available software they may have selected for specific tasks but alone doesn't fully meet their needs.
Other times this may entail building fully custom software that becomes the critical IP and central hub of operations, replacing an old proprietary system that is increasingly brittle and problematic including migrating data, or addressing operational efficiency to better leverage technology. These engagements typically leverage our solutions architecture consulting to assess business process needs and find appropriate technology solutions. This also includes Artificial Intelligence (AI) guidance to help companies that know they need to start engaging with AI but are unsure of where or how to start, and are concerned about navigating the ever-changing landscape on their own.
