We worked with Bartrack to conduct User and Stakeholder research and inform an iterative interface and system design process. Deliverables included User persona summaries, User Interface architecture designs and black & white structural wireframes outlining Information Architecture. 

We also worked closely with their CTO to establish a centralized, cloud-based data analytics platform hosted in their AWS systems that integrates directly with application data sources to unify data reporting, reduce manual labor involved in data reporting, and most importantly provide a more consistent and universal source of truth for company KPIs.
