The pupEtracker portal enables advanced tracking of dogs ethroughout the camp bow wow facilities. From real-time bluetooth tracking of dogs to accountability management of all enrichment and grooming services. PupEtracker is central to operations.
Our team is responsible for the implementation of the Angular frontend, REST API backend, system & data architecture, product management, ongoing maintenance, and feature additions.
This is a “back of house” tool used by multiple franchise locations to manage dog visits and tasks. Most notably the system syncs with the corporate reservation system to automatically populate each dog’s visit details upon check-in along with any feeding, medication, or services due (baths, etc.).
To facilitate tracking dogs throughout the facility in real-time, we make use of low-energy Bluetooth asset tags that transmit location data.
Sync between corporate’s proprietary reservation system and POS, integration with Quuppa’s realtime asset tracking infrastructure to track dogs, and Calendly integrations for allowing new customers to self-schedule initial evaluations.
