Team Excel came to us in late spring 2022 seeking a solution that would integrate with their existing product infrastructure offer a new platform to increase public engagement, visibility, and allow them to showcase and celebrate student success across their participating school districts. 

We worked closely with their leadership and internal teams to guide Team Excel through the process of vetting potential tools that were problem-appropriate and cost-effective; designing & implementing a custom, mobile-first web frontend, and integrating this new portal into their existing infrastructure for a time-efficient launch in August 2022 as the new teamexcel.com, in time for the return to a new school year. 

At the time of launch, Team Excel was equipped with a new CMS platform that fully integrated into their existing database structure to allow community contributors to author custom content with granular permission controls, and a mobile-optimized web experience for the public to engage with their content and follow competition outcomes.
